Our Notting Hill project included the internal reconfiguration of a mews townhouse with the addition of a new loft mansard.
Upon entering, the relocated open-plan kitchen and dining area allowed for creation of a new utility / shower room on the ground floor. Despite being a mews house, the internal space is flooded with natural light, entering through dual-aspect sash windows and crittall doors respectively.
The first floor which previously comprised of three bedrooms, was structurally reconfigured to a create spacious reception room, with triple sash windows and a wall of bespoke shelving.
The newly constructed second floor hosts an additional ensuite bedroom which includes a generous walk-in wardrobe drawing natural light from the newly installed rooflight. There is also access to a private balcony via the French Doors for views over Notting Hill.
