Montrose Construction were commissioned to delivery a double storey glazed infill extension in the prestigious Pembroke Square. This contemporary intervention was designed to optimise natural light intake while enhancing spatial flow between the internal living areas and the garden.

The key to this transformation was the of a high performance tilt and slide glazed door system, offering both thermal efficiency and a subtle interfaced seamless indoor-outdoor transition. The reduced pitch of the new glazed roof further amplifies daylight penetration deep into the home, creating a bright, airy environment across both floors.
